COVID-19 and Ingleside Animal Hospital - Curbside Instructions

To ensure the safety of both our pet owners and the dedicated team members, we have moved to curbside/admission appointments and procedures effective immediately and through all of April.  Our process will be as follows:

  • Please call us when you are in our parking lot of the hospital for your pet’s scheduled appointment.
  • A team member will come out and get a history of your pet and then bring your pet into the clinic for diagnosis and treatment.
  • The doctor will communicate with you via phone for additional history, diagnostic and treatment recommendations.
  • We ask that you stay on-site and in your car during the appointment.
  • Once services have been performed a team member (wearing a mask and gloves) will either call you via phone or come out with a mobile credit card unit for payment.  We will bring your pet(s) and medication or food to you.
  • Scheduled admission pet visits can be made for exams, blood work or other testing.  Curbside pick-up for medication(s) and food will be the same as detailed above.
  • In order to minimize direct contact time, we prefer to process payments over the phone and minimize cash and check transactions when possible.
  • We also remind you that we have a full online pharmacy that you may purchase medication and pet food that will be delivered directly to your home.
