Doctors

Dr. Brian Serbin
Dr. Serbin is a 1995 graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He has practiced in Phoenix since graduation, and at Ingleside Animal Hospital since 2000. He is active in organized veterinary medicine, serving on the Executive Board of the Arizona Veterinary Medical Association. His hobbies include reading and antique cars and spending time with his family, dogs, and tortoises.

Dr. Anthony Gilchrist
Dr. Gilchrist is a 2003 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. He did a clinical year at Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine. He practiced in New York for one and a half years prior to joining Ingleside Animal Hospital in September 2004. Before going to Veterinary School he served four years in the United States Marine Corps. His pets include a dog named Bodiddly, a cat named Ting and a tortoise named Helmut.

Dr. Rachel Bart
Dr. Bart is a 1998 graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College in Canada. She did a year of general practice after graduating and then spent nine years in emergency and critical care in Toronto and then in Phoenix, prior to joining Ingleside Animal Hospital in October 2008. Outside of work she enjoys being a mother to her two young boys and leading an active lifestyle.
