Policies and F.A.Q.
Appointment Policy - Clients are encouraged to make scheduled appointments. Drop-off appointments are available for your convenience. A drop-off appointment is where a pet is left with us to be examined or treated. We then call the owner to discuss treatment options and schedule a pick-up time later in the day. Walk-in appointments are welcome but are subject to additional fees. Emergency (appointments) cases will always receive top priority followed by clients/patients with scheduled appointments.
Payment Policy - We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, cash and personal checks (with valid drivers license).
Patient Arrival Policy - For your protection, and that of others, all dogs should be leashed and properly controlled while in the waiting or exam rooms. It is recommended that cats be presented in an appropriate cat carrier.
Boarding Policy - For the safety of all animals we require dogs and cats to be current on all vaccinations (see boarding). We also require all dogs to be on an external parasite prevention program (see boarding).
New Client Boarding Policy - All new or recent clients will be asked to leave a $50 per animal deposit while boarding animals in our facility.
Hospitalization Policy - We require a deposit of 50% of the estimated costs of hospitalization and estimated services when an animal is hospitalized in our facility. For your convenience an estimate will be provided to you before any services are to be rendered.
Grooming Policy - For the safety of all animals, we require dogs and cats to be current on all vaccinations (see grooming).
